On April 20th, the First Guangxi Colleges' International Students' Traditional Sports Meeting, jointly organized by the China Scholarship Council and the Foreign Student Education Management Professional Committee of Guangxi Higher Education Learned Society, was successfully held in Guilin. Over 280 Chinese and international teachers and students from 30 colleges gathered together to experience the beauty of Chinese culture and showcase their athletic prowess.
Teachers Zhang Yuqi from the Foreign Exchange Center and Huang Yanchun from the General Education School organized and led the international student team to participate in the competition. After fierce competition with teams from over a dozen schools, the team ultimately won the championship in the mixed team backpack embroidered ball event due to their exceptional performance.
This event not only promoted exchanges between Chinese and international students, enhanced cultural understanding, but also demonstrated the outstanding abilities and teamwork spirit of our international students. It is believed that through such exchange activities, friendships between Guangxi and international students will be further deepened, promoting the development of campus cultural diversity.
